What exactly is "Folk-Status" in the chat?

It is used to give or restrict permissions. Silverlisted or goldlisted folks will be more trusted, while fartlisted or belchlisted folks will be restricted in some ways.

Special prefixes can also be added for certain effects. For instance if someone is pure goldlisted, they have greater trust and their status cannot be changed by mods under a certain authority threshold.

Again, shark, It's like I don't even have any mod powers.
I cannot access the Mod control panel, and I can not place bans on anyone.
