For the chat, I've noticed that it only shows which people were on the chat, and are currently displayed on the page. It does kind of get annoying wondering who else is online but never on the chat.
What I propose, in short, is to make it so the Folks list include everybody on the site at that moment, not just those who posted in the recent chat.
